Drawing With Clay

ABOUT THE COURSE

Ceramic artist Zivarna Murphy will be your guide over this 6-week course as we explore approaches to working with clay, including mark making using natural texture tools such as shells, rocks, leaves, sticks and pinecones.

Together we will create our own tactile sculptural forms and drawings inspired by our surroundings. Throughout the course you will develop skills in working with clay, including hand building techniques such as slab making, pinching and coiling. No previous experience needed – all levels are welcome!
